We had a great night of riding at the Monday Night Crit Series,
The group did 12 laps of the old coke plant. The first 9 they all rode together as a group focusing on echeloning and pace lining. A great opportunity to work on bike handling and general all around fitness. With three laps remainIng Josh, dad (Bryan Tyers), rang the bell and the riders increased their efforts and pushed harder to the end.
Craig Wilson crossed the line first followed closely by the rest of the peloton. All in all a terrific night of training.
Big thanks to Janet for taking care of marshalling and Braeden Baitley (aka Bmonster), for the lap counting .
Hope to see more CCC members out next Monday night at 5:30 for some exciting fast pedalling.
